I am sadly moving out of our lovely top floor flat in Clifton village and so am looking for a new flat mate to take my room.
The flat is in a great location in Clifton village just off Victoria square. The room is a double and the flat is shared with 3 others (bathroom shared between 3 as one room is an ensuite).
We are all professional females (a surveyor, journalist and nurse) aged 27-33, and would like someone of similar age, professional also and female only (sorry no students or boys!). You must be clean and tidy, we are all fairly busy but like to socialise together in the evenings when we’re in and enjoy a glass of wine.
The room is available from 1st December and is a bargain at £375 a month plus bills.
