Double Room in Clifton

Living room

My current flatmate is moving out so she is closer to work.


I have a good sized double room available in Clifton. The room has a new wardrobe and double bed with drawers.

The living room is large, the kitchen and bathroom are modern, there's gas central heating and a large shared garden.

I have an allocated parking space which you can use if you use your car regularly (i rarely use mine so will park in a visitors space).


I'm just off Whiteladies Road with a large Sainsburies, smaller supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, cinema, bars, BBC, Nuffield Hospital, Clifton train station, the Downs, Clifton village, Bristol Uni all nearby. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk.

I'm an IT professional, originally from Scotland and have lived in Bristol since 2007. I work in Bath but work from home a couple of days per week. I have a mix of going out to work, gym, socialising and being at home.

I'm laid back and like a balance between socialising and having my own time.
