I've got a currently single/potential small double bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath, tidy and nicely furnished second floor flat in Clifton Village with a lovely large shared kitchen-living area and views out over Bristol.

Available to another friendly female, ideally post-grad/student (as I'm also a student so no council tax) from February 6th 2020. Council tax would take it up to ~£600 for professionals only. Available initially until 05/10/20, with the possibility for extension in Oct 2020 at which point I will be a professional contributing to council tax. Currently furnished with a single bed (but will fit a 4ft double nicely) and inclusive of bedroom furniture. Also will include a new wardrobe right outside the bedroom (not pictured), a large under-stair storage cupboard, and a basement dry cellar so all the additional storage space you could ever need.

Monthly rent £520 inclusive of electric, water, ultrafast fibre internet/TV and shared use rest of the flat. The standard no pets, no smoking, single occupancy etc. applies. I'm a final year post-grad and have lived here for the past 3 years in a beautiful location opposite the park next to the suspension bridge. I'm tidy, friendly and looking for the same. I like to have friends over for dinners/drinks/TV and it is a lovely homely flat with a great shared living space to have guests. I also have a very sweet and friendly hamster named Teddy.
