Double Room close to University of Bristol

Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone to fill a double room after our housemate leaves us mid-February. Room available from 14th Feb, rate would be £520 plus bills.

We are a 3-bed flat on Tyndalls Park Road, close to the university, Co-op and local pubs. We have a large living/dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and shared bathroom. We also have a large conservatory, perfect for secure bike storage.
The flat has been furnished but the room itself will come unfurnished - there is an option to buy furniture from our flatmate who's leaving.

We are a surveyor who likes football, trips to the pub, exploring the city and going to gigs, and an Aerospace Engineering PhD student who enjoys running, cycling and football during the week and pub trips at the weekend. Together we enjoy pub quizzes, film nights, sporting occasions, etc!
