Hotwells is a fantastic location right next to the river.



15min walk to Bristol city centre

5min walk up to Clifton village (with a Tesco, Co-op, post office etc)

10min walk to the suspension bridge; a further 10min walk over the bridge, will get you to Ashton court estate, with its (free to visit) acres of parkland.

Less than a min to a bus stop with frequent buses into central Bristol

1min walk to a stop where you can get a bus to Clevedon (with its sea fed swimming lake) and the beach a Weston-Super-Mare

Current household:



I own the flat and live here with my 3-year-old dog, Ged. I'm currently splitting my time between working and studying.



What I'm looking for:



Someone who likes dogs, as Ged is very affectionate and really apricates a bit of attention. He would love it if you were up for coming on a walk with us once in a while.



I like to keep the flat pretty clean so am looking for someone tidy, who is happy to pitch in with the cleaning rota.
