Double Room @ Top of Whiteladies Road

Hi there!

Due to a new housemate not being able to move in the room is available again!

We have a lovely double room available in our 3 bedroom house. The room comes furnished along with an en suite bathroom. All bills are included in the monthly rent so no hassle there.

The living room / Kitchen both come fully furnished so if you enjoy cooking you'll love it here. The pictures say the rest but feel free to ask any questions you may have about the property. Also, for anyone with a car, it is on-street permit parking.

You will be joining two very easy-going guys who have been here for a few years. We enjoy chilling out in the living room in the evenings watching movies, listening to music, and having log fires in the winter. We will disappear to our rooms as well so if you like the balance of your own space/company then this will fit like a glove.

This is definitely not a student house and so we would like whoever moved in to feel at home and treat it with care. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks but we clean and tidy up after ourselves anyway.

If you think you'd like the room and don't completely hate the idea of living with us fellas then get in touch. It would be great to know a bit about you; your interests, hobbies etc. and we can look at getting a viewing in to meet you. There are pubs nearby so we can always head there for a drink afterwards.
