Spacious and light double room (unfurnished) with built in wardrobe, own bathroom. The rest of the flat has open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. You will also have some allocated cupboard space.

I’m Blake, 44 years old and work as a chef. I generally work early mornings and every other weekend. When not working I enjoy relaxing with a few drinks/having friends over when possible but keep the noise down for the sake of our neighbours.

The flat would suit a male or female and I have no preference with regards to age. I just ask that the tenant is CLEAN and considerate and respectful of our flat and neighbours. Strictly no students, coupes or anyone who is not in full time employment.

The flat is a great location, only being a 5 minute walk to Clifton village, Clifton suspension bridge and Clifton downs and a 15 minute walk to whiteladies road. M4, M5, M32 all within 20 minute drive.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my current housemate has to leave asap so the tenancy would begin very soon. The landlords would like to meet the new tenant and references, as well as a £789deposit will be required. Rent is £700+ bills (ranging between £120-£150 a month) and we can talk about how we’ll manage this when we meet. The details below haven’t updated and the rent is £700 plus bills to clarify.
