Hey everyone!

My amazing housemate is sadly moving on, so I'm currently looking for a new addition for our wonderful 2 bed flat in the heart of Bristol.

You couldn't be more central, as we're situated right on the Clifton Triangle (as you can see from our front room views!).

The double bedroom also comes with your own bathroom, with a shower and bath! I have my own ensuite, so you will have this all to yourself :)

We have a great spacious front room with a T. V, Playstation (for netflix and games nights in), and dining table for dinners with friends (covid permitting haha)

Our kitchen comes with a great sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and all the other little bits we've stocked up on since living here.

We also get residential parking, and we have multiple places on site for you to securely lock up your bike if you have one.

I've furnished the flat durning our stay here, however the bedroom comes unfurnished so you will need to bring some bits for that :)

We're looking for someone to move in ASAP. All in you can expect to be paying £670 a month, which is broken down as £500 rent, £110 council tax, £20 wifi (though we could reduce this if necessary), and bills average beteen £35-55 a month. Water is included in rent. Another little bonus is the deposit is only £250.

The tennancy will be for approx 6 months (available from the 1st of August until the 1st of February)

A little about me!

My name is Aimee, I'm 29 and work as a Graphic Designer in the centre of Bristol. I'm a happy, creative, considerate and tidy person. When we're not in lockdown you can find me seeing friends, going to gigs, kayaking in the harbourside, running, or playing video games. I love to cook, and I make some really delicious asian food! And, if you're really lucky, I occasionally put my years of bartending through uni to good use and make some pretty yummy cocktails.

Our household is pretty chilled, and while we occasionally have friends over for meals/games nights, you can usually find me reading/drawing/chilling with a face mask and a glass of wine in the front room!

I'm definitely looking for a housemate rather than a lodger, so please tell me a bit about yourself when sending me an email :)
