Clifton Triangle Flatshare

It’s a 2 bed flatshare in a great location behind Clifton Triangle, the room itself coming with an en suite shower and toilet. It’s a fairly new block with lifts and is surprisingly quiet despite being next to the Triangle. If you don’t know this area, it’s right next to plenty of shops, bars, eateries and gyms.
The living space is open plan and quite spacious with plenty of room for a desk if you’re looking to work from home, so no need to confine yourself to your room. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s in it for the long term and would help make the place into more of a home rather than just somewhere to crash at night.
The room is unfurnished apart from a built-in wardrobe and there is plenty of space in the living room if you have more furniture to bring. It would suit someone who doesn’t drive as there is no parking (this is not negotiable). There are plenty of buses and Voi parks in the area.

You’ll be sharing with a 30 year old gay guy (just in case that bothers anyone) who’s fairly clean and tidy and easy to get on with. Bills currently come to around £180 per month. Rent will need to be paid monthly in advance along with a deposit (it’s through an agent). The agent will charge £50 to put you on the lease (I’ve checked and sadly, this is still legal). The need to provide the agent with a salary and to pay council tax means this is not suitable for students.
