Large Double Bedroom in Shared Flat

Hi all, I'm Ben and I will be moving out my shared accommodation on the 5th July to go travelling to Thailand.

Location:
Situated 5 minutes away from Clifton Village, this flat has great access to local amenities, which includes a Co-op, bakery and other tasty bits and bobs. Similarly, the Downs and Clifton Suspension bridge are only a short walk away, meaning there is plenty to explore in the immediate area.

The Flat:
The gaff itself forms a fully-furnished top floor flat (with some space for your own stuff) that is of a decent size and receives a good level of sunlight throughout the day. Your room is the larger of the two bedrooms that overlooks the neighbour's garden as well as Clifton Park Rd. A large lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom is also shared with this flat.

About Sam (your new flatmate):
Sam is a cool and laid-back guy that fully loves to chef it up! I've learnt a good few things from him in the kitchen and I suspect you will too. He currently has a studio space in Stoke Crofts where he operates his vintage clothing store from. My man is also a deputy shop manger at Oxfam within Clifton village.

About you:
Ideally the person moving into the flat would be vegan, but veggie is sound too and would likewise be keen to do a shared food shop and meals. This is something that has worked really well between us and I know Sam would like to continue this with you (major perk being, he has a car, so no long trip to big Saino's). Likewise, Sam is an avid reader that is mostly sober and spends a good chunk of time bouldering, but is looking for someone he can socialise with and an individual who is well considered and respectful as a whole.

Basically, are you vegan, are you sound and do you love Scran? (If spice cupboard is a bit of you, then you should deffo come and have a visit)

Rent and ting:
- The flat is currently £565 per calendar month.
- Bills are £145 (subject to change)
- Flat available 5th July (latest 14th July)

Planning to do viewings Saturday eve (4th), all day Sunday (5th) and possible during the week.
