Clifton - with Parking (Monday to Friday let only)

Hi, I’m looking for a dog loving part-time (Monday - Friday) lodger for my spare room with shared living spaces. It’s a fab location being just 200m from Clifton Village and just a 5 min stroll down to the Harbourside. Suitable for someone who needs a flexible base while working in the area. Easy access to Bristol Airport and M5

It’s a spacious garden maisonette in a cul de sac road so extremely quiet. The bed is a very comfortable memory foam. I will clean the room and change bedding at weekends.

The most important thing is that you are comfortable and experienced around dogs. I have a rescued Italian Segugio who is nervous with strangers, particularly men. He is excitable and with a real houndy bark at the doorbell. Once you are familiar and part of the clan though, he wants nothing more than to be your best friend, enjoy lots of cuddles and be given your last chip or bit of pizza crust!

There are daytime parking restrictions in the road Mon-Sat but there is an off road parking space available that would fit a small car.

Message me if you are interested to know more. Please note, it’s not available full time as I may need access to the room some weekends. If you work out of the airport on a shift pattern this can be accommodated. Initially 3 months max but may be re available in the Autumn.
