City Centre / Historic Clifton Townhouse

We have a beautiful, south-facing, room available on the top floor of our house, which is located 1.1 miles (a flat 20-25 min walk / 7 min cycle) from the City Centre and on the edge of Clifton Village, overlooking the river Avon.

The room is a great size and has amazing views over the river, lock into the Floating Harbour, and Ashton Court (including the hot air balloon ascents). 

It is light and airy and furnished to a very high standard, with a king size storage bed, sprung memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, double chest of drawers, bedside table, bookcase, lamp, occasional chair, desk and chair.  We can also supply a mini fridge and / or travel kettle if needed.  We are happy to remove any furniture which is not needed.  The room is located on the top floor and is very private and quiet.

We also have "superfast" broadband and a POE system installed so the connection is consistent and reliable, even with multiple users.

The room shares a shower room (excellent water pressure) with one other bedroom on the same floor and the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are on the floor below. 

The kitchen is well-equipped, with table and chairs, a dishwasher, a range cooker with griddle, ninja foodie, blender / Nutri Ninja, ice machine, three ovens and a microwave.  We also have bike storage and a front courtyard with plenty of space to park e-scooters, scooters and motorbikes.  There is also a pretty courtyard garden with a hot tub and seating for use during summer months.

We are a professional couple in our late early 40's (lawyer and finance), with a 20-year-old son, cat, and a small (very friendly!) dog.  We have successfully had lodgers for many years. 

It's a fairly quiet house though the week as we are working (often from home), but we're sociable and friendly and always happy to chat over a glass of wine in the kitchen or garden.  The house is spread over four floors which means that privacy is good and noise not an issue. 

Please note that we are in a Resident's Parking Zone and there is a third permit available (you would need to pay the Council's fee for this).
