Bright double room with own bathroom in Clifton

Hello, I'm Colin. I'm a retired Architect and music festival director and I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my flat in Clifton. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and inbuilt wardrobe. There is also a separate bathroom that you could have exclusive use of.

The flat is on the 3rd floor and is open plan and spacious. There is a large, shared garden for all the residents surrounding the building.

I'm looking to share my space with someone who is easy going, communicative and might like to share the occasional meal or glass of wine.
I've spent my working life with creatives and creative professions so finding someone who works in the arts would be great, ideally not from home as I have my own working space at home but very happy to discuss what would suit both of us.

I am 88 years of age and very independent but please do consider that you'l be living with an older person. With that in mind I'd prefer a more mature housemate over the age of 30.
