There is a small friendly dog in the home, so this is not suitable with anyone with pets.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired man is looking for an individual lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation 2 to 3 times a week and adhoc errands. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office or hybrid. The retired man lives with his daughter. It is a large home and the lodger has their own bathroom. The daughter helps with all the laundry and shopping. There is also a morning carer that visits as well as a cleaner.

-£200 per month
