Hi, Our current Flatmate is moving to be closer to work and we would like another Professional Female to come and join us in our airy top floor flat near the Downs. The Flat is owned by a Professional Landlord that we have a great relationship with. The rent is £525 per month with £200 for Bills this includes everything. The room is cosy and we all share a combined living room and Kitchen. The Flat is on the top floor of the building with good links to local public transport. We are a Software Engineer (M,35) an Aerospace Quality Inspector (M,42) and a stained Glass Restorer (F,34). Our ideal Flatmate would be in a similar age range, non smoking professional. We don't have private parking but can get residents parking permits.
