Short Term Studio

STUDIO (not shared) ALL BILLS INCL. available for 2 MONTHS only - from 29th June to 28th August (some flexibility may be possible).

Hello! I am travelling during summer and my tiny but cosy studio is be available for rent during this time.

It's got all you may need as shown in the photos. My personal belongings will be removed so you will have all the space for yourself. Parking is free off the street, no permit required.

It's located in Clifton, at the top floor of a two story building. It is a very quiet, safe and residential area. There is no lift in the building. It's 15 mins walk to the university and 5 mins to the harbourside.

There is a lovely view from the window on the Brandon Hill.

Virgin super fast WiFi and all other bills are included.

Ideally looking for a female. No couples, pets and children, sorry.

Students / professionals are welcome.
