Double Room in Spacious 3 Bed Flat in Clifton

Hi! Sadly (selfishly), our flatmate is abandoning us for the lure of South America, so we looking for a new housemate to move in from the end of March.

On offer, is a lovely double room in a three bed flat in a great spot in Clifton. The location is brilliant - Pembroke Road - it is not far from Whiteladies road, it's close to the downs and around a 15min walk from Clifton Triangle or Clifton Village. Pembroke Road is quiet with ample street parking available (permits are required Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00pm)

The flat is very spacious and nicely decorated, with high ceilings, gas central heating, sash windows and a small but functional kitchen. The living room is huge, and there is a bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave.

The room available isn't furnished, however there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed that are available to buy.

The flat is ground floor, although doesn't feel it as the windows are all well above ground level due to the basement flat below. There is a shared communal garden - managed by the agency and also a small shed for our flat - perfect for bike storage.

Bills amount to around £80-150 per month, depending on when the bill comes in. Some are paid monthly, quarterly or bi-annually.

We're looking for people like us - professional, outdoorsy, friendly and easy going. We're both clean and tidy and interested in the usual things including (but not limited to!) socialising, keeping active, cooking, nights in with wine and a film or a night out.
