Double bedroom in this gorgeous flat available from 18-05-17 or sooner I've just been told. Sharing with one other (me). There is a shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet, balcony off shared area and outstanding views over Somerset hills.

Shared responsibility for rent, bills and housework. I am fairly relaxed, quiet and easy-going, but clean, tidy and respectful. I would really like the same in a flat mate. I work different hours daily, so am in and out and occasionally away at weekends.

Flat is gorgeous and very reasonable.

References and deposit required as rented through agency. There's a six month minimum term. Bills are reasonable.
