The room is available for viewing from Friday, preferred time 6 pm plus when you may meet the chaps
The property consists of four personal rooms, is well maintained., with a TV lounge, a kitchen/Diner that contains a four box freezer, a fridge to share with one, washing machine and a separate dryer. The building is very secure
The monthly rent for the double room is £360 plus £135 to cover all bills which include broadband and TV licence in the shared lounge We require £200 non refundable fee for administration and covers the pre moving administration. There is not deposit but a guarantor imay be required.
The decision to move in, will be taken by you and your potential house sharers after viewing the room and meeting them.
