We need a third person 25- 40 for a huge, lovely garden flat in Clifton available early September.

This spacious flat is on the Downs end of Pembroke Road, has a shared (with one other) private parking and is close to Whiteladies Rd, Apsley Road, Bristol Uni, The Zoo, The Downs.

We prefer someone who goes to work or study at least most of the week.
Please don’t apply if you work /study from home.

The bedrooms are overlooking the SW facing private garden, 2 bathrooms, huge sitting room, dining hall with table and chairs, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer and dryer. Washing line in the garden.
Gas central heating.

The two others are both friendly people in their 20s.

The flat is in a listed Victorian building which is well looked after and maintained to a high standard.

Your room is a medium double overlooking the garden, a nicely decorated room with wardrobe and extra storage cupboard.

The bed is double with a decent mattress a desk and chest of drawers.
The windows have shutters.

Recent and super effective boiler.
The showers are power showers in both brand new bathrooms.

There is a front door with porch and back door too, onto the private garden.
There is a secure storage room for bikes.
Bills, gas, electricity, water, communal charge and window cleaner are all included.(Everything except wifi which is shared ).
Parking :- the flat has a shared parking place.
There is visitor parking for your guests to use at front of building .
Small monthly charge for wifi, shared with other tenants.
Private landlord with no extra fees.
Deposit is £700.

Please note pictures show flat unoccupied. It is now lived in so has possessions in rooms.
If you are a professional, you will need to pay single person council tax .
