Double room in lovely Clifton village apartment

Hi,

I’m leaving behind two lovely girls, who are both young (25g) professionals in Bristol and work Monday to Friday.

We are a super friendly sociable house and enjoy chilling out having evenings in together, going out for dinner or cocktails or both!! All the usual stuff, we have definitely made the house a home and would like to share with someone who is after the same!

I can be quite flexible with timescale on moving – however the latest I can move out is the 4th of February.

The room comes furnished with a double bed x2 bedside units with drawers. There is also the opportunity to purchase a chest of drawers and a wardrobe (they are less than 3 months old). The room has a shower and sink also, it’s a really cute set up!

We have only lived here for 5 months and the flat was all redecorated with new carpets fitted before we moved in so is lovely and new! The lounge has lots of seating and a gorgeous fireplace. We also have a really big kitchen. We are a 1 minute walk to Clifton Village and have lovely views on to the green.

I am really sad to be leaving these two as they are great to live with, we are looking for a girl ideally 24 – 30 working full time and looking for somewhere to make a home rather than a stop gap.

There is an agency fee of £200 unfortunately, but its absolutely worth it for this flat, the location and the flat mates you will get in return! :) deposit is also around 533.

We are also able to get another permit so parking is fine, but this will have to be paid for with the council.
