2 Double Rooms, Maisonette Flat in Clifton Village

Two lovely girls in their mid-twenties looking for two new roomies!
We live in a lovely top-floor maisonette flat in the heart of Clifton Village, our current flatmates are both moving off to London so we need some new girls for the gang!

Each double room is fully furnished and overlooks the street below, the flat comes with a shared (newly fitted) kitchen, living room and bathroom. The rent is £280 per month, bills (inc. council tax and wifi) are an additional circa. £85 per month - per room. A parking permit can be purchased from the council to park on the street outside the flat also for an additional cost.
The official move-in dates would be between 7th-31st March (dependent on the room).

We are looking for professional females aged between 24-28 to join us. Lizzy is a teacher and Naomi works in Law. We love nights in front of the telly with a glass of wine and a takeaway, or eating out at restaurants with a cocktail or five, and would love a girl who enjoys both! If you enjoy Grey's Anatomy, Sport or Hollyoaks you will fit in rather well... We are both active gym-goers and do have our own social circles, so someone who is happy to mix between us and their own friends would work well.

The lucky candidate will need a reference from both your current employer as well as your current or most recent Landlord. Sorry boys, we are looking for girls only. And unfortunately no students, no couples, no pets or DSS, and you must be in full time employment.

Please note we are looking for a long-term tenant so if you are likely to be moving on again in the next 6 months, this will not be the flat for you.
