Hi there! Our current house is made up of Luke, Daniela, Dickie and Luis (as well as Victoria, who is leaving). We are a mixture of postgraduates and young professionals who have been living here for nearly a year. We are looking for a young female professional to come in and join our house in place of Victoria! The room itself is a really comfortable and spacious double inside a lovely, listed, 5-storey maisonette. The living space is great, and we also have an outdoor balcony/patio thing. The rent is £441 pcm, and we will be splitting council tax, which, I think, will come to about £300 a year. The bills all seem pretty cheap as well. We are a very sociable group and are looking for someone up for lots of fun to join us!
