It's also situated between both the Bristol Royal Infirmary and Southmead Hospital.

The contract will be for a year starting in September and will be arranged through CJ Hole as the letting agency. The dates can be negotiated, if you prefer to move in earlier. Rent will be £600 PCM excluding bills and approximately £740 including bills. There is also £250 agency fee.

I've had fantastic time living here and unfortunately have to relocate for work purposes.
