The available room is very spacious and I have included some photos of the room in this advert. The bed / mattress is included with the room and no other furniture is included. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other housemates.
The rent is £367 per month and the bill are set at £160 per month. This includes gas, electric, water, council tax, tv, parking and house cleaning items. The deposit for the room is £367.
The flat is on the second floor of an old Victorian property in a real quiet area of the city whilst not being too far from the city centre / amenities.
