This is my home so it’s a warm, very well presented and fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen, separate dining room, living room (inc. log burner), very large bathroom, separate smaller bathroom, private courtyard garden, wifi, sky tv.

I’m clean & tidy and looking for a like-minded professional individual who respects the week but enjoys the weekend. Someone who's also clean & tidy would be great!

I run my own business so work pretty long hours during the week. My evenings as usually made up of gym or cooking, etc. Weekends I’m pretty sociable with friends and family – travelling, pubs, films, cinema, music, gigs, running, cycling, swimming etc.

One live in landlord, I’m pretty chilled but it’s obviously important we both get along.

Happy to consider being flexible on rent for Monday - Friday
