Greetings!
After a splendid time sharing with my current flatmate her career is now leading her off to pastures new....and so, as sad it is to see her go, it’s exciting to be to able to share the flat with someone new and as equally as fabulous!

The flat is large, bright and airy but retains a lovely cosy and homely atmosphere with great views out onto Christchurch primary school and the surrounding Clifton area. We’ve got a huge double sofa and snuggler, oak coffee table(s) (with storage), massive sideboards and a dining table which extends large enough to fit plenty for even the most civilised of dinner parties.
We're a stone's throw from Boyce's Avenue and all the lovely coffee shops and cafes in Clifton Village, 5 minutes walk to Clifton Triangle / Whiteladies Road, 25 minute walk to the Centre and surrounded by quiet, considerate but fun neighbours!


The bedroom room is really spacious and fully furnished with solid oak furniture; Large double bed (inc Mattress), double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side cabinet. You are more than welcome to bring additional furniture if needed / wanted.... it’s no problem at all.
Kitchen is fully furnished with absolutely everything you'd ever need. Includes, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, nespresso, nutribullet, and more coffee brewing contraptions than I care to think about... but are all, of course, necessary!

The flat is on the hall floor but we are elevated off street level with stairs to a communal front door. We have 4 flats in the building and take real pride in the communal and shared areas making access easy and pleasant at all times.

It's two bedroom flat with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Bathroom has a Grohe double shower and toilet with shared mirrored cabinet.
The rear of the property overlooks a private road so really quiet at all times.
We are so lucky to have absolutely lovely neighbours; a couple in the basement who own, a friendly vet in the flat above and a young professional couple in the top floor. We really enjoy each others company and try to organise socials when mutually convenient but, more importantly, are so respectful of each other it's really a joy to live here!

We are opposite Christchurch Primary school which makes the area very family orientated, safe and friendly. We're literally 2/3 minutes walk to the centre of Clifton Village or Clifton Suspension Bridge via Boyce's Avenue and Victoria Square and 20 minutes walk to the downs.

We have a resident's parking / permit holder scheme which makes parking easier if you have a car but if you know anything about Clifton or the surrounding areas, you'll know parking is always at a slight premium.

A little about me: 38, professional, loves to be active and outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, road cycling (I cycled Bristol to Paris last year for charity which was brill!) and have just signed up for a classic Tough Mudder which I will definitely regret, I enjoy the gym & bouldering so someone with a similar active lifestyle would be great but of course by no means necessary!!

I've lived my my current flatmate for just one year as she’s been on a medical placement year at the BRI and she's simply relocating with work but it's been a pleasure to share my flat with someone respectful, friendly and fun. Previous to her, I shared with someone for 4.5 years who migrated north to finish their PhD.
The property is a very welcoming, safe, comfortable and I really want it to be considered your home and not just a flat share! The flat is easy to keep clean and we take pride in making it a cosy and enjoyable place to be.
I'm a Christian and attend church each week as well as a home group (it’s not hosted here) but if you have no or a different faith that's no problem at all.... I'm on no crusade!
