My flat is on Pembroke Road top floor 3 bed flat which I bought in 2014 it's fully furnished and very lovely :) awesome views from the lounge on to Clifton college. Sun pours in and windows fully open.

Sharing with another 25 female and me 31 surveyor although I split my time with my boyfriend in our flat in London so not around all the time.

Rent is £650pcm plus bills. (BT vision box, council tax, water electricity, gas and wifi) the cleaner comes too just to keep on top of thing.

I take reads so bills are accurate and happy to show you them etc.

It's not a house party flat (I have grey carpets and would cry a lot and live above older home owners which I would hate to disturb) but fun and chilled where friends are always welcome. It's huge and you can easily park on the road directly outside with a permit which is £40 a year I think.

It's my home so not a typical rental - new carpets, new sofa, lovely furnishings (I love Neptune!) and decorated with all kitchen appliances etc and pans provided. It's a lovely flat that has the wow factor with great big stained glass entrance doors at the top.

Great location close to Clifton village, whiteladies road and park street. Local mini mart 2 min walk or big Sainsbury's about 10 min walk.

Available from 10th feb - month and half rent deposit.
