The house is very well located, being on direct bus routes both into town and to the University of Bath (10 mins away). It is also just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful Somerset countryside. I have a well-behaved and very friendly Labrador (who is not allowed upstairs) so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.
