Double bedroom 5 min walk from Whiteladies Road

I'm looking for a new housemate to share my cosy flat with. It's situated a 5-minute walk away from Whiteladies road on a lovely street in Cotham with pleasing views from both sides.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It's not huge but it's quirky and has a decent view overlooking Bristol.

The living room is a great social space with two sofas, arm chairs, a dining table with dining chairs, high ceiling and a large bay window. It's also set up with my TV, surround sound system, games consoles, large board game collection and smart lighting system for communal use.

The rent is £750 per month. Deposit is also £750. Bills are about £250 each per month - so the total is roughly £1000 per month all in.

I tend to spend a lot of my time at home creating/listening to music, playing board/video games, watching TV shows/films and entertaining for friends. It would be great if whoever moved in was fairly sociable and felt comfortable engaging in these activities with my friendship group.

I play football/badminton weekly, also enjoy pool/table tennis/table football. Keen to go to music and comedy gigs and travel when I can.

I'm a very homely person in general but also enjoy going out to eat and drink. I like to hang out in the living room socially but also enjoy having personal space in my room.

I work as a job coach for people with learning disabilities and autism. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday and do parts of my week from home, but it varies week to week how often I'll be out.

I've been in this flat for 7 years now and it's my favourite place I've ever lived. The landlord is a good guy and only owns this flat, so he's always been responsive to any issues. He will require a reference and a recent payslip before moving in .

I'm looking for someone who's easy to live with, friendly, not especially messy but not obsessively clean, reliable with paying bills and enjoys socialising.
