This is a very large double room with en suite in the top floor flat of a detached building. The other room is a nice double with a large wardrobe/storage area. The living room is spacious with an excellent view over Bristol from the dining room table. There is a washer/dryer and plenty of space in the kitchen for food storage. The bedroom has a large chest of draws and a smaller chest of draws/bedside table. There is also a single sofa armchair in the bedroom.

The property is well located just off the popular Whiteladies Road and there is a Sainsburys and Tescos less than a 5 min walk away.

The en suite has the only shower in the flat and so the new tenant would have to be happy to share this with the other tenants. It would therefore be best if the new tenant were a male professional who work normal day time hours so that they fit in with the other housemates' schedules. The other housemates are easy going and tidy - so someone similar would fit in well.
