I have a double room available in a beautiful homely flat in Cotham.
The flat has a separate living room and an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and the other usual appliances. The room is a loft room and is on a separate floor to the other rooms in the flat. The double room is very large (5m x 4.3m) but as it is a loft room there is restricted headroom. There is lots of storage, king size bed, armchair and you can have a wardrobe rail and/or a desk if you work from home.
The flat is in a very quiet location (next to Fremantle Square) but is close to the centre/Stokes Croft as well as the BRI and Bristol University.
I'm a friendly and relaxed housemate. I have lots of friends in Bristol but I still enjoy having dinner and watching box sets with my flatmates. I'm looking for a flatmate who is friendly and responsible and would be happy to look after the cats when I'm away.
All bills are included in the rent and this includes CT, utilities and Virgin broadband.
The room is available until approx end of October 2020 but I'm happy to consider shorter lets and/or flexibility on the notice period.
