Myself and a friend are currently living in a two bed flat in Cotham. Our tenancy is up 1st April 2020 so we are looking to take on a new tenancy from this date. While we have viewed some two bed flats we feel getting a three bed property would be more cost effective and there seems to be a lot more of them around at the moment. We are looking to live in Cotham/ Clifton area but we are open to areas in walking distance to the town centre too. We are both working professionals but enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after work so would be better suited to a sociable individual.
