Cosy double room near Gloucester Road

Hey!

Unfortunately our flatmate is leaving at the end of June so we are looking for someone new to join us!

The unfurnished bedroom is nice and cosy, it can fit a small double bed and has lots of shelf space with a nice big window. Rent for this room is lower to account for the size, at £375 per month. Bills (gas/electricity, council tax, WiFi, water) come in at around £100.

We both work full time (mainly working from home at the moment though!) and like to be sociable - we’re both fans of a pub night (sigh, memories) but as we are not a party house we don’t mind staying in and watching Netflix. We have our own hobbies so keep to ourselves sometimes too. We are hoping to find a friendly person who has a similar balanced way of life.

We try not to be too demanding with cleaning but we do like to keep the flat as tidy as we can.

Location is great, with Gloucester Road just round the corner, a short walk to Clifton or the centre and 30 mins to Temple Meads station (Redland station is also just round the corner). Cotham Gardens is at the top of the road which is a great place to bbq on a sunny day! (Only 20 mins walk to the downs if you want to go slightly further)

On street parking is available with a permit.
