Double room in lovely 2 bed flat

Im looking for a flatmate for the spare double room in my lush 2 bed garden flat in Cotham. Its a spacious 2 bed, with large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms (I have my own ensuite so the bathroom in the picture would be mainly used by you). Both bedrooms have doors out to the patio and a spacious private garden. The room has built in wardrobes and a double bed.
The flat is ideally placed between Whiteladies rd and Gloucester rd. Theres a bike shed in the garden and on street permit parking you can buy a permit for.
Im a relaxed, clean, tidy professional. I spent 4 years backpacking and have lived all over the place. I work long hours and gave a busy social life, and so enjoy relaxing at home. In my spare time I head out in my camper van, go to the gym / yoga.
Im looking for a like minded flatmate.
£700 / mth all bills included, rolling monthly contract. Room is available now.
