THE HOUSE

This is a house that is shared with 4 other young professionals (5 persons total).

The house is situated a few minutes walk from the high streets of both Downend and Staple Hill and has recently been renovated and converted specifically to work as a premium shared house.

Each room has its own private bath/shower room. Plus an extra WC on the ground floor. So no competition for the bathroom in the morning. The room has original feature fireplaces (which have been sealed to stop drafts) and also television aerial sockets.

This room is on the 1st floor of the house. It has a nice ensuite shower room accessed directly from the bedroom. There is lots of room for clothes and shoes! This is the room shown in the video.

LIVING ROOM
The large communal lounge room has a number of chairs and sofas and a large TV.

DINING ROOM and UTILITY ROOM
There is a large dining room and a separate Utility room with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

KITCHEN
The Kitchen is large and light with plenty of cupboard space and granite worktop, a commercial fridge, dishwasher, Microwave, a range cooker with 2 ovens and 2 kitchen sinks.

GARDEN
There is a back garden with rear access for cycles if needed. There is a smoker BBQ and table and chairs. There is unrestricted parking on the road to the side of the house.

There are 5 double bedrooms in the house, all with either an ensuite or a private shower/bath room. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed with storage space beneath, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, some shelving and a set of steps.

UPGRADED SERVICES
The water supply and hot water system have been significantly upgraded so there shouldn't be any upset of low pressure or hot water running out.

The house has new double glazing throughout and the walls have been insulated so that you can enjoy the period features without the draughts cold or damp associated with older buildings.

SUPERFAST BROADBAND
There is a 150mbit high speed internet connection and all bills are included.
