Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all utensils.

Lounge with log burner and conservatory currently used as a dinning area, all furnished and with heating. Washer/dryer machine, washing line, iron and ironing board available for use. Large and secure rear back garden with patio and BBQ area.

High-speed wireless broadband and all bills and utilities included.

The local area:

Downend is a lovely area outside of Bristol city centre, with easy and regular bus routes making it perfect for commuting. There are two high street nearby with a Co-Op, Sainsbury local and mini Tesco within 5 minutes walk.

There is easy access to the Motorway, Ring Road and Longwell Green retail park which has several stores, a gym, cinema and restaurants. I am a 20 min drive from the MOD in traffic.

Would be a perfect place for those working at the MOD or in need of major transport links being only 15/20 minutes from Parkway translation and 15 minutes from the M32/M4.

About me:

I am a 34 year old male, with an almost 5 year old and almost 1 year old beagles who loves to show people attention. They live downstairs and unless are being naughty they are not upstairs where all the bedrooms are.
I enjoy and tend to be out the house walking the dogs which generally keeps them calm in the house. I currently work nights Sunday to Wednesday.

The room would be ideal for a professional person working in the Bristol area but with such good transport links via bus, car, train and bike it is a great place to be.
