1 Large DOUBLE rooms available from the 5th of March in Downend.
The house located in a quiet zone close to UWE and M32 motorway.
There is a shared bathroom. There is microwave/coffee machine/washing machine/tumble dryer etc. in the huge kitchen/dining room which just makes our life much easier (there will be a dishwasher too soon).
We have a good size garden, superfast 100 Mbs Virgin Media WIFI.
The rooms are available for £500/month (all bills included)
£180 deposit and 1 month rent is required in advance.
The rooms are available in fully furnished condition.
We are looking for friendly/tidy individuals.
