Large Double Room Available in Greenbank

Large unfurnished double room to rent in Greenbank available beginning of January 2019. Currently Ollie and myself live in the house, looking for a good fit to join us.

We are both early 30's professionals, working in Bristol looking to share the house with a like-minded person. We're friendly, easy-going and sociable. Ideally we're looking for someone who would treat this as a home. We both also enjoy films, going to gigs and spending time with friends etc.

The house has a large living room with TV and kitchen with a breakfast area. Kitchen has plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Probably one of the biggest fridges you can buy, with a water dispenser!!

There is also a guest room, a loft cinema room and a workshop space for creatives types. There is also free on-street parking and space for a bicycle inside a secure locker if needed.

The house has 2 showers and 3 toilets.

House is otherwise very well located with a convenience shop at the end of the road and the Greenbank pub a 2 minute walk around the corner. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby as well as the famous SweetMart on St. Marks Rd to explore. It takes me 5 mins to get to Cabot Circus from door to door by bike.

We're looking for a friendly, considerate, easy-going person to share my house with. I work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, someone that works similar hours would be preferred.

There is a further room not shown in the pictures, a guest room with a few single beds for guests so if you have people visiting they won't have to sleep on a sofa.

Rent includes bills (internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence). There is also a bi-weekly cleaner included in the rent.
