Loft Conversion With En-Suite relaxed house

A good size double room, with lots of storage and a nice en-suite with a spacious shower.

Great location, close to church road and the cycle path and Easton, with good access to Lawrence hill station and a nice walk to Cabot Circus.

Looking to find a new housemate to come and live with 3 of us in St George. The room is coming partly furnished with a double bed, and I am happy to either get more things for it to suit who moves in, or leave it for the person to bring what they want!

The household is relaxed and we all keep ourselves fairly busy with our routines. We really enjoy each others company and have a large open plan kitchen, conservatory and living room that is used as an area to catch up and relax with each other when we are in the house.

During the summer months two of the current housemates will be working away at events for extended periods, so the house will be quieter.

Due to work commitments over the next month I am looking to arrange some viewings as soon as possible on the premise of getting a deposit down and arranged before the end of February with a move in date of 18th March.
