We have 1 room available in a 4 bed house in Easton, with rent at £295 a month, bills typically coming to approximately £40 each a month, and council tax at £35 each a month. We are interested in renting these rooms to non-students. This room will be available from May 11th, 2019. The initial contract would be for 4 months (until September 11th, 2019).

The room is a single, located upstairs. It is currently used as a small communal living space, which will be relocated to a larger room downstairs. The room will come unfurnished, and measures at 7”1’ by 9”1’. The advertised room is shown in the pictures of this advert, but the furniture pictured will be moved into the communal living space.

The other 3 rooms are currently rented by Nick, Emily and Julian. Nick and Julian are currently support workers, and Emily is a personal advisor. Nick and Julian are vegan. Our interests include climbing, mountain biking, art, and music. We enjoy going out for trips to one of our local pubs or watching a film together as a house, but also respect each other’s own space and privacy. We’d hope to find housemates who are looking for a similar dynamic.

The house contains a communal kitchen (including a washing machine), one bathroom (including a bath), as well as a back garden with room for bikes, potted plants, and sitting out during the sunny months. By May 11th we will also have a communal living space downstairs.

The house is located on Chelsea Road in Easton, a two minute walk away from shops on St Marks Road including Bristol Sweet Mart, as well as a number of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. We are also a quick drive or 10 minute walk from the 24 hour Tesco Extra in Eastgate.

The house is also within walking distance of Stapleton Road station, with train links to stations including Bristol Temple meads (5 minutes), Clifton Down (8 minutes) and Bristol Parkway (11 minutes). The house is close to the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, which can be used to walk (35 minutes) or cycle (10 minutes) into the centre of Bristol. There are good bus links from nearby stops on Stapleton Road both into the centre of Bristol and destinations including Southmead Hospital and Frenchay. Free on street parking is available outside the house.
