*£570 Bills Included* Double Room In 3 Bed Easton

Hi,

We are looking to replace our housemate, who is sadly leaving us at in April.

The price includes all bills, as well as very fast internet with good coverage.

We live in vibrant part of Easton on Chelsea Road, minutes away from Stapleton Road station, the cycle track, The Plough and The Greenbank. If you're new to Bristol; It's a really handy location, with lots of transport links to the centre as well as other areas of Bristol.

Its a lovely 3 double bedroom terraced house with large living areas and a very good sized garden which is great for hanging out in nicer weather. Ignore the planters, a work in progress! There's bay parking outside the front of the house if you drive and it's usually pretty easy to nab a spot. It's a non-smoking property but you're fine to smoke in the garden if you're that way inclined.

The available double bedroom is located upstairs at the rear of the house and comes unfurnished but has built in shelves. Lots of room for a double bed as the mattress in the picture is King size.

We've got a great relationship with the landlord and our neighbors as we've lived here for a few years and wouldn't want that to change.

We both work a Monday-Friday job, so keep it pretty chilled during the week but like to get out and about on the weekends for gigs, trips, nice pubs, food etc. Equally, we occasionally have friends over for dinner or film/board game nights. It's important to us you feel like this is your home and not just a room in a house, so ideally you'll be up for doing stuff together occasionally but equally be respectful of each others own time. Also happy for you to add any touches to communal space so it feels more homely.

We're by no means clean freaks but we like to keep the place in good order, especially in the communal areas.
