Stunning, spacious, newly decorated room in the heart of Easton. Complete with comfy double bed, chair and large built in closet; the room also contains a HD TV with Netflix.

Guests have use of our well-equipped kitchen and recently renovated dining room. The house has two bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath). Outside, in our south-facing garden, is a relaxing seating area; a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Cleaning of the room, sheets and towels is included in the price, as is Wi-fi and bills.

The property has excellent transport links; practically on the doorstep are frequent buses that will take you direct into the heart of Bristol within ten minutes. Rapid transport links to Filton, Clifton, Temple meads, Bath and beyond are available via Stapleton train station, a short five-minute walk away. The house is also extremely close to the motorway, with free on street parking available. We have secure outdoor storage for bikes and are situated close the Bristol to Bath cycle path and the Concord way, which connects to the MOD.

A short walk away is the ‘famous’ St Mark’s road – recently named as one of the three greatest streets in the UK, which includes lively cafes, restaurants, a fantastic pub, artisan pizzeria and a delicious independent bakery. ‘Sweet Mart’ is a Bristol institution; an Asian/Ethnic food store and deli, a cornucopia of food delights. Across the road sits ‘Gulzar Fancy Goods’; the shop that stocks everything!

Stapleton Road, which boasts it’s own fine selection of independent shops and eateries, is also just around the corner. We particularly recommend ‘Real Habesha Dining’, which serves excellent Ethiopian cuisine at unbelievably reasonable prices.

The house is non-smoking and has no pets. We regret our house insurance will not allow us to accept students.
