Lovely sunny double bedroom is available now. Front bay room in victorian terrace. Sharing the house with me and Martha my fantastic teenage daughter. Our lovely housemate Linda has gone to the deserts of Tunisia. We're looking for another lovely woman who is pretty self sufficient and easy going. I have a really nice garden and we're 2 mins from cycle path by Whitehall school / Greenbank and 5 mins to st. George park and Church road.

Room has chest of drawers and some shelves but apart from that is unfurnished. Good quality single futon can be used if needed (rolled up in picture). Curtains have blackout lining as room is east facing.

Rent is inclusive of all bills. There's wifi, open fire, Ecotricity elec and gas, nice shower (downstairs), bath (upstairs), two loos, washing machine, space for a bike.

We're easy going, and respect each others need for autonomy and space as well as social life. We'll all muck in to look after the house so it's nice to be in, no pressure to share meals though it's really nice to do that sometimes. We've been here 4 years and have a really great landlord. Don't mind smoking in the garden if that's your thing. Our pets are rabbits. They live in the garden.

I work freelance (sometimes at home) for projects around local food and energy efficient homes. Martha is starting her GCSEs.
