Hi, we're looking for a couple to come join us in our beautiful house (with a massive garden) in Easton, Gratitude Rd. The room will be available from the 1st of October.
About the house; we're a couple sharing one room and a single man in another. We work in health / outreach work / charities / festivals / activism. We are aged between mid 20's to mid 40's. We are fun and sociable as well as being respectful of each other's space, and peace & quiet.
We're all very chilled, enjoy cooking for / with each other, and hanging out in our lovely garden!
We're looking for a couple to keep the prices the same as they currently are. The rent is £430pm, and £545 total per month including all bills (therefore £272.50p per person, per month).
The room is on the first floor facing the garden. It's a lovely big double room that gets the sun in the mornings, and is peaceful due to being away from the street. It is next to the bathroom and another bedroom. The room will come unfurnished.
If this sounds good to you please reply, letting us know a bit about yourselves and we'll get in touch!
