Large room in Easton available from 31 Aug

Hi there! We are Nick and Misha and we have a large room in our home in Easton, available from 31st August.
About the room: Large room on the first floor with wooden floorboards and a south facing window overlooking the garden. Room comes unfurnished. Rent is £550 including bills.

About the house: Victorian terraced house in a friendly and quiet cul-de-sac in Easton. Open plan downstairs with kitchen (gas rings, good oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and a separate dining room. The living room has huge comfy sofa, wood burner and theres a music room which is the in-between room with the hifi and a bit of storage. Bathroom is well-fitted with large bath/shower. We also have a decent south facing garden which we are using to grow a lot of food, with a shed and a large covered area at the back (can safely store bikes here). It is located right next to the cycle path and the neighbours on both side are both lovely. 

About us: I am 29 and work building websites in the nonprofit sector, Misha is 27 and works as a software engineer at Ecotricity - both 9-5ers who are currently working from home. We are friends through climbing and both pretty mad for it. We also love cooking together, going out to gigs and nights, playing tunes (we are big into reggae, dub and african music), gardening, playing board games and getting outdoors (especially to climb)! We aren’t party people anymore, but we do still go out to the odd thing. The house is our sanctuary and we keep it that way.

About you: We are subletting the room and looking for someone to live with us long-term, but no couples I am afraid as the house is not big enough for 4. We are pretty easy about who you are, outdoorsy people and climbers are a plus :) But that's not final, the most important thing is that you are open minded, easy going and nice :)
