THE ROOM
1 Bright double-fronted, spacious room that comes fully furnished (nice furniture too). Landlord doesn’t mind a few wall hangings if you want to make the room feel more your own so long as it’s returned to usual before you go. Furniture includes:

- Queen size bed
- Large wardrobe
- Large chest of drawers
- Built in Cupboard/storage room
- Small Desk (occasional use)
- 2 Bedside tables

You may also be able to fit a larger desk in here, but you’d have to move a few bits around, I think.

THE HOUSEMATE
Hello! I’m Mark, I’m 29, half Czech (although lived in the UK a long time) and work for a healthcare consultancy. I’m laid back, easy going, and tidy. I like my gym-time as well as a couple of creative hobbies and the occasional Movie/TV show or video game, always partial to a pint or two as well!

DREAM FLATMATE
The house is in pretty good nick so looking for someone who's tidy. But also, and just as importantly, likes a good chat, and enjoys being active. Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home but this isn’t a deal breaker. The main thing will be whether we get on, and I get along with most people.

THE HOUSE
A spacious three-bedroom house in Easton with modern central heating and seperate dining, kitchen, and lounge. Great location as close to lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. It’s 20 mins walk from the town centre and 6 mins to the nearest station, Stapleton Road. The house is huge for 2 people (we have a spare room you can have friends stay in ), it’s well furnished throughout and really feels like a home rather than rented accommodation. We have a decent-sized garden that’s great for hosting during the summer with a ping pong table and veg patch (currently looks a bit sad at the moment, I do not have green fingers).

RENT & BILLS
All in it's about £905PM. Rent is £700 and other bills are around £100 for gas, elec, water, and wifi each. The house is tax band A so comes to around £75 each. We also have a cleaner who comes once per fortnight (she’s amazing) who costs £35PM each.
