Easton double in friendly 2 person share

Hello my darlings. I am looking for a new and lovely housemate to share my Easton home with.

I’ve been in Easton for a couple of years now and love living so close to such excellent pubs as the Chelsea/Plough/Red Lion. I’m looking for someone I can become pals with so warmth, silliness and ability to communicate would all be very welcome attributes.

I’ve been working on becoming a fully formed adult for almost 32 years and at this point I am mostly clean, tidy and functional. I would be looking for someone similar. I don’t want a party house and I want to live with someone who would like to make the house their home.

That said, I am pretty social and love to cook so have friends round for dinner fairly regularly. Annnd although I have mainly hung up my hardcore party boots, I’m not a hermit and would like to find someone who is at a similar point in their life.

Big fan of stompy walks and spontaneous trips to the green or sea, DMCs and nonsense chat, wiggles on the dance floor, accosting all dogs I see and cackling too loudly in pub gardens. I’m training as a psychotherapist and hate the stormtroopers currently in charge at number 10.

The house is slap bang in the middle of Easton and right by St Mark’s Road. It’s on a quiet side street with free on-street parking. It has lots of communal space with separate living room and dining room. The garden is also dreamy in the summer with a cherry tree and lots of sun.

There’s a spare single room that doubles as my office (I work from home most of the time) and a half converted attic so lots of space for people to stay or other interests.

The house is somewhat a work in progress and I have a few ongoing DIY projects. A small amount of patience for this will be required, and an enthusiasm for getting involved and creating a beautiful shared space would be wonderful.

Bills are £170 but I’m hoping to reduce them as gas/electric currently outrageous.
