Double Room in spacious house, Easton

Hello, I am seeking a lodger to join me in this spacious 3 bed house. The third bedroom has been converted into an office, so there is plenty of space within the house.

I work in sustainability and usually work from home 1 or 2 days a week. I am fairly sociable, love the great outdoors, tennis, reading, cooking, running, cycling. Now that Spring is here looking to get out and about more.

Looking for someone to share the house with who is keen to have the occasional meal together, watch a film and be an all-round good egg.


Rent includes council tax. Electricity and Gas is on a pay-as-you-go metre and water is billed quarterly which we will share, probably about £65/80 a month. There is bicycle storage and a small garden out the back.

The area is great with St George Park at the end of the road - perfect for a walk in the sun. There are lots of lovely pubs and cafes nearby. The Bristol to Bath cycle path, is also close by, it takes about 5/10 mins to get into town.

There is a bed in the room so ideally that can stay but I'm not too precious.
