Massive En-Suite in The Chocolate Factory, Easton

Hey, I’m Ben! My wonderful flatmate Eva is moving in with her partner, so I am looking for a new housemate to join me in my beautiful flat.

It's a newly built flat in The Chocolate Factory Development: a former chocolate factory built in 1910 - think high ceilings, big windows and all-new carpets, surfaces and amenities. It's honestly pretty lush.

The room is gigantic, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and an incredible en-suite.

You'd be right in the heart of Greenbank/Easton - with all of the amazing pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The flat also backs onto the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path.

I've got a pretty active social life, and enjoy lots of live music, theatre, comedy, cinema, running, salsa dancing (badly), and meals with friends. I work making documentaries, so can often be away for stints filming.
